G'Day... I'm researching buying a 718M P85 for possible export to Australia.
I'm not worried about overall condition as I intend to restore it (although it should be mechanically complete) but it must be pre 1989 and previously road registered to comply with our import rules.
Thanks.
Pre-1989, 718M P85
It's not from us and it's 1989:

To find an original 718M is not easy. To find a 718M pre 1989 is even harder. An 1989 Ambulance will be easier as they come out in small amounts from the austrian army. Often they have the 17,5" rims. Rumours say they were planed for Sweden, but the deal crashed and so the austrians took these 718 in their army.

Thanks Lorenz, I appreciate the information.
Unfortunately the import rules for Australia are a pain!
A pre 89 vehicle is really the only way to import a complete 718 vehicle, although I have a few other avenues I am pursueing.
Ideally a "restorable" 718 would be ideal, but they are few and far between.
